Job Description

As an XR Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing immersive experiences for various applications, including gaming, education, healthcare, and enterprise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create interactive and engaging XR applications that push the boundaries of technology and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in XR development and a passion for creating innovative and immersive experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop XR applications and experiences for VR, AR, and MR platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to create compelling XR content and interactions.
  • Implement advanced XR features such as spatial mapping, hand tracking, and gesture recognition.
  • Optimize XR applications for performance, scalability, and compatibility across different platforms and devices.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and stability of XR experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in XR technology and applications.
  • Provide input on creative concepts and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
  • Ensure that all XR applications and experiences are properly documented and optimized for performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an XR Developer, Unity Developer, Unreal Engine Developer, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in XR development tools and platforms such as Unity3D, Unreal Engine, ARKit, ARCore, etc.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with 3D graphics, animation, and physics simulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
